Intended licence
A DiskKind Pro purchase is intended to grant one person a non-transferable licence for up to three of their Macs, without expiry, for the purchased major version and its compatible maintenance updates. Business use requires a commercial licence.
Safety and responsibility
DiskKind provides measured facts and evidence-backed review assistance. Recommendations are not authorization. The customer reviews every target and remains responsible for backups and the later permanent decision to empty Trash.
Payments and refunds
Dodo Payments is intended to act as merchant of record and show applicable tax, buyer terms and refund handling at checkout. Final refund windows and statutory consumer rights require review before launch.
Support and warranty
Support targets, governing law, warranty disclaimers, liability limits and business identity are deliberately not fabricated. They require final legal input before sales open.
